Ah... Mary doesn't know that Resident Evil 4 has audio issues with the footsteps. The audio for the footsteps sometimes lag behind the visuals.

@computernoises: I listened to the video again. I now think that it was intentional.

I recall that when I last played this game, I thought it was the game janking out. The audio had lagged on me before that moment in the game.
