Thanks, @TacticaI ! The Gun Show is in a bit of an in-between situation on the new site. Subscribing to shows is really only active for regular shows, and The Gun Show is now just an intermittent thing that we do when we get inspired by a particular game. I'll check with the team and see if we can make it subscribe-able.

would have been cool if they actually used the xenomorphs from aliens and you could get the pulse rifle, i guess trademark issues though

@Chopeiro Yeah, the Shows tab is where we put our weekly stuff, but since The Gun Show is now more of a feature that doesn't come out on a regular schedule, it doesn't show up there. Should still be able to track it via YouTube regularly if you subscribe, or just keep an eye out!

I bought Ghosts for the multiplayer but have put far more time into extinction. The only downside is that there aren't anymore maps. If they were to make extinction into a stand alone game with more levels, I would pay for it in a heart beat. This mode is great

I think that call of duty ghosts should have done a 4 player co op survival mode instead of this extinction mode.

I really enjoyed MW3 survival.

Looks fun. I'd still like to see a "battle dinosaur" mode though that replaces vehicles with armed and armored dinosaurs.

Congratulations Chris the tie has been broken - now that Feedbackula has officially pussed out the Gun Show is my favorite GS show. :)

Now on topic: I can't help think that this mode is complete useless as long as Borderlands exists. I don't begrudge a game from trying something similar to another and god knows Borderlands doesn't get a monopoly on shooting space dogs but only if you're going to bring something new or innovative to the table and I don't get the sense that COD: Ghosts Extinction mode does.

@Dirk_McHardpeck From what I've seen, it reminds me of the long lost mode from Resistance 2 co-op. You had set classes, "elite/boss" monsters to kill, gear to level up, etc etc. Extinction mode may have changed my mind about getting this once I have my PS4..

Definately looks like IW is trying to compete with Treyarch's Zombies. I'm not going to lie; this looks like a pretty fun mode, but I don't think it's enough to get me to buy Ghosts.

@Frexerik There were some guns in there! But we've actually run into this problem with Battlefield and Call of Duty games before; what guns do you focus on when there are a metric ton of them? We try to differentiate a bit, like when we did a Vehicles episode for BF3.
