Viwetiful Joe 2 is the sequal to the GameCube's best game of '03, so can it live up to it's expectations? Not really. The game is the same exact thing as the first with a few new things. First of all the graphic or exactlly the same, which isn't bad. Viewtiful Joe was a beutiful work of art with its inventive 2d/3d graphics hybrid. The worlds are colorful and vibrent and each has a distinctive feel to it. The gameplay is the same as VJ1, but now you can play as Joe's girlfriend Sylvia. while a new character is nice, it wasn't nessisary as you wont really want to play as her becuse:1. her combat is slower the Joe's, 2. her other VFX power(replay) is usless other than for puzzle solving, and 3. ok there is no 3., but you still got 1 and 2 and those are pretty important. If you played Viewtiful Joe, you will want to pick up this game, but be prepared for some disappointments. If you haven't then you'll still wanna play this game, it deserves atleast a rental. Have fun gamer.
