A classic, above what Twisted Metal would ever be able to offer.

I've always been surprise how Twisted Metal sell more then Vigilante 8. This game was far better then any Twisted Metal to date. The controls were simply way better then anything TM ever did.

Don't get me wrong, Twisted Metal are good games. How many hours I played destroying the Effeil Tower in Twisted Metal 2?

Simply... There is better. And it's V8. It's kinda sad they never made other sequel. True, the v.2 was not as good as the first. But this game was a winner. Playing in duel was hours of fun.

So, why V8 got less popular then TM? I guess not everybody love Disco. True TM is more badass and heavy metal. But if you seek gameplay and fun and don't mind those weird 70' pants, V8 is there.

A true classic game that shape my younger life. :)
