Volfied still hasn't lost any of its charm. A must for old-school game lovers!

This excellent ‘Qix’ look-a-like by Taito still hasn’t lost any of its charm after all these years. It remained addictive with its simple game concept. It’s easy to learn, but very, very difficult to master. At higher levels even the biggest expert is challenged, while the lower ones shouldn’t post anyone a problem. The graphics are decent enough for C64 standards and the sound is all right.
It’s one of those games you can play if you’ve got ten minutes to spare, but beware of the addictive nature of this game. You could also easily lose an hour trying to beat that awful the next level. Since it’s an arcade conversion there’s no way to save your progress and there are no passwords to start at higher levels so prepare to get frustrated once in a while…A must for old-school game lovers!
