When you takeover the controls of your Ultramarine... you are literally plunged into the Warhammer environment. It is very viscerally instinctive to chop and slice and shoot and stomp and kill... well you get the idea... every Orc you see. If you are a fan of Warhammer or if you just like 3rd person interactive action games... this is it! It is very easy to control and the camera seems to handle movement and fighting easily. I especially love the "bullet-time" sequences where things slow down to show you stomping or ripping an Orc to pieces to gain health. The mechanics in the game are rock solid. Visually, it is engrossing and enemies are rendered in clear and concise manners. I love being able to take my bolt pistol and tagging an Orc a good distance away from me. Don't get me wrong... I know some of the fighting may seem to be repetitive... but, the reason you won't mind is the fact that killing the enemy is sooooo pleasing! This is not for the meek of heart for sure. If at this point you having not downloaded the free demo... then there is nothing I can say that will entice you. However, if you are now itching to kill some Orcs... then I won't bore you with any more of my ramblings..."Ride the Lightning!"
