Gameplay elements are more entertaining than Dynasty Warriors 6.

Warriors Orochi 2 added several new characters to your ranks which added a spice to something that seemed old. The story modes are quite interesting if one is a fan of the Dynasty and Samurai Warriors series. The story modes and the newly added "Dream Mode" are basically like fan fiction brought to life. Example of this in the Samurai Warrior story, character like Kenshin and Shigen join forces under the lead of Sakon.

The Gameplay is similar to the previous Warriors Orochi, but there are some additions. The Triple Musou attacks are new to the game and produce devestating results and are a real treat to the fans. There is nothing like seeing Xiahou Dun, Nobunaga Oda and Lu Bu combine their might and unleash on people.

Over all this is a fun game, sure gamespot gave it a 4 thats because this game is "old" because its on Ps2 and it is a new release. If you are a fun of Koei Warrior series or if you're just looking to kick some ass with historical East Asian heroes.
