I know that this series isn't exactly the most popular, but it grows into you and you really have to love it to buy it.

There is a lot of different characters, with different kind of weapons and fighting stiles, that's what refreshing, that you are gonna get something different any time. Thou the gameplay is almost repetitive to the bone, its nice for thos who likes to smash a hundred enemy soldiers through the air with just one shot.
When I moved to the ps3, I wanted to get one of the first games (samurai w. 6) but it was disapointing because it was limited, short and you didn't have that much of variety in weapons and stuff. On the other hand, this last game is everything you wanted (besides horses, you have to go by foot all the time, or I don't know how to get a horse).
It's not the most amazing game ever, but its entertaining and it runs smoothly...
