Although it's not really a "game", it has some fun moments to be shared with a friend.
Gameplay:
It takes a while for you to get used to the mechanics of the Wii Balance Board, but once you get the hang of it the game has its charms. You can do basic exercise games, like push ups, or have a little bit of fun with the quirky and fun mini-games, such as using the balance board to block soccerballs and dodge painful looking cleats and incomming stuffed panda heads.
The game is, for the most part, more of a fun party game than an actuall workout session. You'll probably be spending more time racing your trainer around a beach-side park than doing jumping jacks, so the game is 100x better when played with a friend.
Bad:
The Wii Balance Board has a super short battery life, which causes a bit of frustration when the thing blows in the middle of a game.
Good:
Just like most of Nintendo's products, Wii Fit is just the Balance Board with a game in the box. (like Link's Crossbow Training with the Wii Zapper and Wii Sports with the console itself) The board can actually be used with other games, such as Dance Dance Revolution: Hottest Party 3, Mario and Sonic at the Winter Olympic Games, Shaun White Snowboarding, Wii Music, and much more So just because you don't want Wii Fit or think it sucks doesn't mean it's still a must-have for any Wii owner.
