I spent some time with Wii Fit and I assure you that this works marvellous! I liked it. If you don't have time to prepare and go sport outside like gym, you should definitely try this at home.
And also the games on the Wii Fit are all balance based games and they are full of fun.
My wife enjoyed it very much. Actually, I bought Wii Fit for my wife. Later on, I didn't get myself off Wii Fit. It is fun and easy to use. And also very secure!

You'll have to work hard to justify the expense but with the lbs falling off it should be worth it.

I bet that reviewer screwed up that first test and it asked him if he "tripped when he was walking."
