If this is Nintendo's response to Guitar Hero and Rock Band, then Nintendo shouldn't make these games anymore.
There is no story, just a bunch of confused Miis who SOMEHOW instantly know how to play every instrument ever made.
The gameplay is incredibly exciting. Yep, to play a song, you press a button with the beat. A button. For instruments you blow into, hold it to your mouth and press a button. To play a guitar, hold it diagonally and press a button. The gameplay is overly simplistic a toddler could pick it up. This is why it is so dull. You get the game and play it. For the first 10 minutes you are like, " Oh wow! I can play guitar!" After that you realize you want the 10 minutes of your life back. This game is HORRIBLE.
The graphics are what you would expect. Cartoonish and due to the lack of FPS and interactivity, I have not found any glitches.
The music is an awkward mix of Classical music, nursery rhymes, andweird selections in general. Who bought the game and said, " I am just DYING to play Daydream Believer on a harpsichord! " Not me.
The replay just sucks and it is truly a shame. You can play with a different instrument but when it all boils down to it, playing with a guitar and a piano just sound the same in this game.
Normally in this section I say the bad things about the game but I just need to find one redeeming quality. This game I probably would have appreciated when I was little. For a child it seems so enchanting so maybe if you play it with a young son or brother you may get a kick out of their smiles. And I do appreciate they tried to take a little of every music genre.
Unless this is for a small child I strongly do not recommend this game to you.
