An outstanding enhancement and a promise to fulfill

After so many years of the original Wii Sports is really hard think a compilation of mini games oriented to sports could actually be that appealing, I still play a lot of Wii Sports, Boxing and Bowling specially, bu I know is not the rule

Now, Wii Sports Resort introduced Wii Motion Plus from the Nintendo standpoint, as some 3rd parties had the chance to actually beat Nintendo this time. I got a little late to the party as thi is a 2009 title. I was sitting on the fence until the new Wiimotion+ enable Wiimotes came available. Now I can see the potential

12 different activities, ranging from the real fun to the classic to the not so clever. In all cases is very easy to spot how the increased accuracy enhanced the gameplay

The game now comes packed with all new consoles (except Mario 25th anniversary edition), and is a real must to further expand Wiimotion+ reach

You'll find the move so accurate that, likely, you'll be playing around with control response as well as the game itself

Some notable games are:
* Swords games: fighting, slicing and assault (which is my favorite)
* Frisbee games: precision launch with a dog and golf (really hard to master)
* Aerial games: parachuting, flying and air combat
* Archery: one of the bests too
* Enhanced golf: this with the next one stand out as you can easy tell the difference between the original Wii Sports versions
* Enhanced bowling

The control is used very wise by most of the games, as some are no too good examples and you can wonder if the experience couldn't be done with the original Wiimote

In any case. is a great chance to showcase Wiimotion+ to your relatives and friends, specially if they thought that they could master the original Wii Sports!

Is a shame Nintendo didn't remake the other 3 sports from the original compilation into this one. A boxing version with 2 Wiimotes and Wiimotion+ could have been great

The overall package is highly recommended, specially if you, as I was, are still on the fence to enter Wiimotion+ era
