I suppose this game is mildly amusing in the sense that you can shut your mind off and blow stuff up. Basically it's just another tank shoot'em up. I thought that the visuals were decent and it has some neat physics for such and old game. It's got plenty of large levels and different tanks to choose from but the action just feels very dull and lacks the impact and ferocity of other similar titles. There is no music for some reason and the sound is very weak sauce in general, especially when you are blowing things up. Also the controls, horrible! Moving feels like work and trying to get from point A to point B takes longer than it should. The game gets tough quick and you will likely be trying to roll past enemies to get to your objectives. In every level you have to pick up colored light bulb looking things and bring them back to your ship. That took me a while to figure out. It's pretty hard to figure out where to go and the map is confusing. There really isn't a story to be heard of here and everything has no rhyme or reason. Just you in a tank picking things up and shooting things.
In conclusion I can't give this game a very high recommendation due to the fact that there are so many better titles that deliver better tanks style action for your buck.
