Great single player game that leaves the player crushed at their team's fates.

WinBack: Covert Operations was a great one player game that I gladly played through many times. It shows, all to well, what covert missions can really be like and leaves the player speechless as twists come at you faster than the bullets flying from the barrels of the enemies all around you.

Basically the games main plot is that you are a team leader sent in with a team of top agents to stop an evil mastermind from using a satellite as a weapon to start wiping out cities. However, you are separated from your team and are forced to go forth alone. As you progress through the game you begin to learn that there is a traitor in your very department.

One of the things that I liked about the game was that you got to follow each character in the game. As you beat the levels you get to see the fates of all those that came with you and are forced to watch as, one by one, your team falls at the hands of your enemies.

Final word: WinBack: Covert Operations is a great game that anyone who appreciates incredible plots and tough game play is sure to love.
