Never settle for silver just Strive for perfection
SHORT STORY: This is miles a head of the last wipeout in every way. Its well worth a purchase for the hours op on hours of game play as you strive for perfection. Really this game has no flaws except the lack of a story.
The story here goes that some crazy person decides to enter a billions of races for no reason. there is a long campaign mode which can account for over 50 hours of game play. only if you "strive for perfection"
In fact thats the best part of the game. It rewards you to being perfect often (example: when you don't hit walls during a time race you here a chime saying "perfect lap") . Even time races are exciting as you punch the boosters to finish just in time to get the gold. this game would be perfect if it had a story.
IS IT WORTH THE UPGRADE: Yes it is its miles a head of the first one. First of all the first one didn't have a campaign mode. there are also more race types better maps and whatever, and some more customizing options. If you like the first one just get this one its better
