Wipeout Pure was the first game I bought for the PSP, and I gotta say, I still play it now. The first time I booted it up and saw the wonder of the PSP screen in all it's glory, I was hooked. However, Wipeout on the PS1 eventually got a tad boring, so would this be any different?

Yes, there are only 8 tracks, but with different racing classes, these stay fresh. Also, you can download new tracks on net anyway, so it's all good! Add to that that incentive of medal winning, the "Zone" sections, and Freeplay, there is plenty to mess around with, as well as the constantly growing downloadable content.

Great graphics, awesome sound, longevity, and a good learning curve, great game.
