Fast, loose and boring

I'm glad I rented this. I have played it for 30 minutes and am already bored at it's lack of originality. So you are driving a antigravity craft at supposedly high speeds (it may say 300 mph but it looks like 60) but thats it. It has anything a ordinary racing game would have which makes you feel like you are playing a racing game made 10 years ago. It is pretty sad. I tried everything once (yeah, all in half a hour) and all are either race or are timed. Yawn. The controls feel weird at first and even once mastered feel wierd. You feel really loose and so messing up can be costly and making it feel like you are driving on ice dosen't help. The music and graphics are it's up side. Game looks great and the music is sweet. I wish I could say the same for the rest of the game. Hey, at least I didn't buy it.
