How did they get all that racing on a little screen?

I've had my PSP for about a month now and I have 7 games, but none of them get played as much as WipeOut Pure. I had my doubts about racing games on such a small screen. How are you going to see the other players when they are far ahead of you? Well, in this game (and other PSP racing games, I assume) you do as long as they are in your direct line of sight.

The detail of this game is amazing. the tracks look good. The weather effects are decent. But the speed is incredible. I just unlocked Flash after hours of playing and not only is the action much faster, but the game isn't pulling any punches. I'm having a hard time passing anyone. At least in Venom class the only racer that game me trouble was the lead car. Oh well, that means I'll just spend that much more time playing a game I really enjoy.

Definately worth getting a bigger card for the downloadable packs. If you have bios 2.6, use your left trigger to go back in the browser when the download is done and you get the blank screen.
