Mainly for kids, but fun to play and as complex as you would like...within reason of corse.

Yes this game is designed for kids, and it does an excelent job at that. A perfect filter and great dificulty system and varried complexity dependent on playstyle, makes it a perfect fit for young gamers. However the different ammounts of variety make it accessable to almost anyone. Don't get me wrong, its not as complex as MMO's like WoW or Runescape, but it has it's own draws. An undeniable charm engulfs this entire world, and while the voice acting is non-existant, and the story is laughable and predictiable, there is just so much content its amazing. The main quest alone can easily take you well above 60 hours, and thats if you have alot of freinds. This game is truly designed to be played with a group, and while i don't do this for the most part, it makes quests much easier. In true MMO style, side quests are abundant, and loot is abound, and, this being a game for kids and families, you can have at least 6 characters (dont know the exact number) on one account. You cant use one account on multiple computers at the same time, which is one of the main draw-backs. Variety is somthing else in the game that is...well not a bull's eye. Alot of quests feel similar and some worlds have a never ending sense of "been there, done that", this being mainly one in particular, a world of dogs modeled after famous areas in England. Most other worlds, while not having amazingly varied areas, are more astetically pleasing, so you won't mind the reppitition. Overall this game is great, as long as you overlook things like the story (come on its a kids game, what do you expect), the slightly repetitive areas, and lack of any real voice acting. Combat is satisfying, as long as youre level is up to par, however it can somtimes drag on far too long. When you get to a high enough level enemies start to fight in two's, and this can make unwanted combat deadly and long. While the duel style gameplay is fun, and boss battles are satisfying, getting into unwanted battles can frustrate, and cause major setbacks in dungeons if you die. These nit-picks aside, this game is worth playing the free trial, and deciding for yourself, it wont appeal to everyone and it is more kid centered, but if you have an open mind, and are willing to put up with minor issues, its a game for you.
