This is an awesome game! This was probably the first game I ever beat as a kid but also the most rewarding. I remember my dad coming home the day I beat it and how I ran to tell him that I beat the game, just like he did. Every once in a while, I just have to go back to the original NES and beat the game, for old time sake. If you've never played this game, go on ebay or something and get it. Its worth it!
The only draw back would be a few key points in where you need a specific potion that is randomly generated and takes a while to get. It will suck horribly if luck is not with you at those points. But it really makes up if you are VERY lucky at those spots and you know it. You'll go around the rest of the day thinking about how awesome you are. lol. Happy gaming!
