Let's face it .. the Wii platform has been mostly disappointing. What should have been a fantastically exciting new system of game control is stuffed with movie titles, also rans, and Mario re-writes. Thank goodness one indie developer went and made a fantastic little innovative game that really does play to the Wii strengths and by some miracle Nintendo let it move to WiiWare. Goodness knows what sort of cosmic event brought this miracle to an otherwise disappointing platform but thank goodness it did. Goo is great! It's fun, light on commitment, yet engaging and challenging. It's like nothing before it so comparisons are difficult to find. Since it is one of the only greats on Wii you should have no trouble buying it if you've already shelled out $200+ for the system. So if you have a few Wii points you're well advised to spend them on Goo .. especially before you blow them on something far less interesting. Goo never looked so good.
