Ok, I'm just going to keep it simple and list postives and negatives and let you decided whether you should join up or not: Positives: Easy to play Beautifully rendered graphics and audio Ease of grouping Excellent humor Plenty of fun things to do to keep you busy and wanting to come back and play more Wonderfully inspired locations Great characters and races Fun powers and abilities Social aspects Negatives: Repetitive nature of combat Repetitive quest types Repetitive monster types Constant feeling that you are just barely making it...that your abilities and equipment that you have worked so hard and long to aquire don't really help. Long hours of play Monthly subscription fees I enjoyed the game very much mostly for the exploring and questing. However, at certain points, getting the necessary experience to go up a level or gathering a certain amount of gold to buy something became tedious and monotonous. In the later levels, quests became repetitive and where merely higher level versions of previously completed quests. Is it the be all end all of games, no, but it is what Blizzard is known for, a good solid fun game worth playing.
