Billiard Fans: This is IT!!!!!!
The graphics are as polished as any PSP game ever.
The ball physics, and your shot control, are flawless.
Every major game(9-ball,-8-ball,Billiards, Snooker) are there.
Tutorials,Practice, Tournaments, Trick-shot mode(un-lockable).
If you want it, you got it.
In all fairness, I feel obligated to talk about the games downsides:
They are few. And some may argue that they aren't "downsides" at all.
1. The "aiming line". When you line up on a ball,, a pointer is drawn to show
the ball's line of travel. WHere as this might seem like a hopeless cheat,
REMEMBER you're playing on a very small screen. That means small balls, small pockets and teensy angles. TRUST ME you want the aiming line.
2. In Billiards, making the shot is only HALF the battle: Setting up your ( or your opponent's) next shot, is the other half . This is done by means of a darkened circle on the table, which shows, based on how you've set up your shot, where the cue ball will likely stop. This IS what sets this title apart: STRATEGY!
3.The announcers "wisecracks" . But, at least you can turn them "off".
4. Some might find learning the controls a little unusual (I didn't).
I've tried almost every pool game available for the PSP, and this one is hands down the best.
Trust me the difference is like checkers and chess!
