Realistic, but slightly confusing.

Prisoner of War is a sneaking game that takes place during World War 2. You play as Captain Stone, a pilot who's plain gets shot down over enemy lines, along with his bombadier and close friend JD. You quickly get caught by German authorities and are taken to Stalug Luft, a smaller camp that acts as a temporary way-station for soldiers captured in "inconvenient" locations. The game plays and feels very realistic. Better show up for Roll Call or there's going to be a camp-wide search. Just climbed a fence into restricted territory? Better hasten your speed. So your items were taken from you after you were caught? Better bribe the soldier who took them from you. One interesting thing about this game is that the currency used for buying special is items isn't measured in dollars or Reichmarks, but contraband, and the currency is more valuable depending on the type of contraband. The game is full of likable characters, and some that seem a little more stand-offish.The voice-acting is a little above decent, as many of the French, Scottish, English, and Irish accents are spot on. But at the end of the day, Prisoner of War is short, and can often leave you more than a little disappointed, so I'd say rent it and see how you feel before you make any commitments.
