This is one of the best psx games,it has adrenaline,and it makes you feel you are a good cop chasing these bad guys in their vehicles at full speed!!I recommend you to play it,even nowadays it is fun to play a chasing game like this one,because it is truly good and fantastic!!I don't know why gamespot rated the game with 3.5!!!??In my opinion this game is one of the best psx games ever!!It sure was relaesed almost at the end of the psx,but even so,it's still superb,that's no reason for someone to only stick like glue on ps2 and not even take a look on a psx game!You got to remember that many people isn't rich to buy a ps2 when they have only a ps1 and they should get money by working on a bad thing to aquire any console,so that's my example,and nowadays i have a ps2 but even so,i took this game that i found on my collection,i played again,and wow,it impressed me much!!it's a psx game my friends'and with a quality like this in graphics (that are cool),and quality in sound, and quality in everything!!There are many car games in psx,or games that you control a car,but this one is different and very cool and creative,so that's the reason,it is just completely different in a cool way,so that's reason enough to buy the game!!You should play this,and of course,never forget that this a psx game,so you got to know that for it's time,it was a very good game...For me,a classic for the psx,but no one talked about it because they were playing ps2 probably...
