Kinda makes you wonder : if I threw a sheep, would it explode too?
Was it perhaps so that my friend had another Worms? No.. Was it because I had played Hogs of War? Maybe. It's just that, at some point, Worms just can't keep you amused any longer. The 2D levels get boring, and after a while you've heared all the one-liners the little crawlers have in store for you.
If you're looking for a totally absurd way to prove you're better than your friend, then Worms is one way to do so. And that's pretty much all it is. Doing it in singe-player mode is fun at first, but in the end most people will probably find it's a bit too low for them.
The game itself is original though. Who could come up with the idea to let cartoony worms blow each other to pieces, from time to time with an exploding sheep? It's so simple that it's nearly genious. Because, after all, the guy who came up with worms did make a lot of money. It just shows that if you've got an idea, as simple as it may be, if you execute it good enough, you can really make it, just don't bet on longterm succes.
