Smackdown vs Raw 2006 is a huge improvement on Smackdown vs Raw w/ better graphics, gm mode and new gameplay mechanics.

Smackdown vs. Raw 2006 is the newest installment on the Smackdown Franchise. What's hot this year is the new GM mode where you're going to be the SOB Eric Bischoff or the Playah Teddy Long. In other aspects of the game, the graphics are better this time around compared to other ps2 titles to date, w/ higher polygon count on each wrestler and higher resolution on bodies. There is now a momentum system that tells if you're now "in the game" and a new power irish whip. But on the negative side of the things the AI is dumber than ever(on easier settings). But there is a slider to set your skills and there is the commentary, its better this year aound but its doesnt yet match the quality of the EA sports titles, the Season modes have now full voice overs but its on the LINEAR side. But overall smackdown vs raw 2006 is a better game than SvR and if you love wrestling this ones for you. Oh i forgot to mention Buried Alive, Casket and Fullfil your Fantasy Match and the better Online play?
