If you are a fan of any Smackdown game, or wrestling in general, you must pick up this game.

User Rating: 9.3 | WWE SmackDown! vs. Raw 2006 PS2
This game has too many features to mention, and it follows through with them nearly flawlessly. The most predominate new feature is stamina. When you run, taunt, or do any moves on your opponent, it drains. So, you can't run around the ring or do 3 powerbombs in a row without consequences. The meter is refilled by holding down select, or just by standing still. It really adds strategy and realism, and doesn't really cause problems. There are also many new match types in this game. For example, the Buried Alive match. This is the greatest addition since the Elimination Chamber. You start in the ring, and have to battle up the ramp, and onto the grave sight. There is a casket there, as well as a shovel you could use to beat down your opponent. Your goal: beat you opponent senseless, throw him into the casket, and close the door. These matches are pretty grueling and occasionally annoying. You could win in 2 ways: a casket finisher or the normal way (which I will explain in a moment). The casket finisher is done by getting full momentum (by doing damage, playing to the crowd, etc.) while you have a finisher saved. (This is done by getting full momentum and pressing L2 and L1 together.) Then, throw your opponent against the casket and press L1. Voila! It progress into a cutscene of you either powerbombing (with most people) or using another finisher that is character specific. (Undertaker = Chokeslam, etc.) the other way involves whipping them at the casket, and instead of using the finisher, grapple them (O button). (This can be done no matter what your momentum is.) You then progress into a mini game involving a meter. Both players tap buttons as fast as possible. This fills the meter, the speed of which depends on the speed of button pressing and the victims damage. If the bar on the screen fills to the top, you enter the door closing mini-game. The person doing the closing must move the Right Analog stick down as fast as they can. This moves a blue ball down the new meter. The victim must press X when the ball enters the blue field near the bottom. If the door is successfully closed, you win! No matter how you win, it then enters a burial cut scene. These matches take a long time (upwards 15-20 minutes) but are worth it. SvR '06 also has improved ladder matches (2 ladders now!), cage matches (Uses new meters and allows exit through the door.), and many more! (New Bar Room Brawl, variable numbers of participants in Royal Rumble, Over-the-Top-Rope Battle Royals, and a few others.)
Also added is the awesome GM mode that allows you take over either RAW or Smackdown, a revamped season with very good voice overs, Create-an-Entrance, improved Create-a-Wrestler (polygons on clothing make them realistic and not "painted on".) I STRONGLY recommend this game to anyone who enjoys wrestling.
