An amazing game - already the best Wrestling game ever.

From my very first match I knew it was really great. It was a Singles match with me - Umaga vs. my opponent - Super Crazy. In the game there is so much to do, and every little thing that you "do do" looks and feels realistic. There are several hot spots around the ring, but for some reason (I think it was an Hardcore match, have to check that one) it doesn't let you go in the crowd. The animations are amazing this year. They are motion-capped and they even set up tables by pulling the legs up from underneath, and when you get the table from the crowd you/your opponent dusts it off before he/she picks it up. There are even tables stacked at the side of it for further use which you can now easily stack on top of each other, and so on. You can also set one ladder up and put another ladder inside the steps, so you can run up and jump over the top, hopefully knocking your opponent off of the top or diving onto him below. The matches are much more realistic in every way, you stay down for as long as they would on TV after taking a chair shot, or something simply like pulling a Suplex off the top turnbuckle. In another one of my matches I was Mr Kennedyyyyy ...Kennedyyyyy (can never resist), and my opponent was none other than the giant known as... (no, it was not Big Show), but somebody even larger: The Great Khali. Whenever I tried to kick Khali in the leg it just hurt Kennedy's leg... and whenever I tried dropkicking him off a turnbuckle or something he would just stumble... when I was using HHH in another Singles Match my opponent was Viscera. The first time I got Big Vis off of his feet the crowd did a large pop... which resembles what happens in real life. The crowd is so much louder and sounds so much better than any Wrestling game I have ever played. Sure, there are a few glitches, but none in the matches... I thought when two opponents ran against each other again it flipped around, much like what it did in 2006, but I don't think it did after all. There are a few spelling mistakes and little things like that, like on the belt case of matches I have had when I clicked on the Championship belts it was a 6-man (well, woman in this case) Battle Royal match and Lita won the Women's Championship, but it says that Melina did (it was on the same side... if you imagine it: two names go on the left, two in the middle and two on the right because it was a 6-person match... get it? But little things like that don't matter... it's the actual game that matters (obviously), and I think the graphics are better than last years, even if they don't look too much different, the gameplay has changed quite a bit and I am loving every minute of it, the sound is good, but commentary is the same from last year with VERY little changes, during some entrances in Season, like last year, when a Superstar was coming down to the ring Jerry "The King" Lawler and Jim "J.R." Ross commentate for what has happened in the Storyline you are doing etc... but I had to turn Subtitles on to hear them, because it so quiet and so hard to hear against the characters theme music and the crowd chants, but as you can turn subtitles on for it... what's the problem? A great game, when you buy it you will find out a lot more stuff... there's quite a lot which I more than likely haven't even found out myself yet, I got mine a day early which was yesterday (obviously... and I live in the UK if you wondered). It is also quite hard (and I play SD! a LOT, and I have been playing them since Warzone for the PS (I got some of the older ones too), but it is harder if you are used to the old SmackDown!'s, but that's a good thing! An amazing game, the greatest ever... if you love WWE, or just Wrestling as a casual fan, or even if you hate it, you should get it, as you will not be disappointed...
