Goes on but in a good way.
Following the inevitable coming of Apocalypse the X-Men adventure all around the world to stop him from doing, you guessed it, taking over the world.
The adventure is lengthy and can take quite a while to beat which is both a good and bad thing. Some journeys you go on can seem rather dull and only pit stops for more prominent story points but the game does manage to keep you interested by throwing a vast amount of characters for you to play as.
The ability to play as the brotherhood, which if your not familiar with is the bad guys, is a welcome touch to the character roster and really adds a new fresh element to the game. The rest however is pretty much basic, a few new moves for each character and your on your way.
The best part of X-Men Legends 2 just like the first is the Multiplayer fun. Locally playing with two people or using a multitap (if you have enough friends) improves the game 10 fold as you experience the adventure together.
A great Marvel game and hopefully, if continued, will only get better.
