This game sucks. It sucks because it's a beat 'em up. It sucks as a beat 'em up because it has no variety. It has no variety because you battle the same robot sprites over and over and over and over again. Occasionally, they throw in a humanoid crocodile, but who cares. It's the same crocodile every time, too. No I'm not in a bad mood. I am completely calm. I'm just being completely honest about how crappy this game actually is. Also, the boss fights are insanely hard and are pretty much impossible unless you and five other guys start gang-banging on them. I only survived by pumping quarters into the machine and using my special over and over again till I died and gained it back.
I'm not I big fan of beat 'em ups, but I have played some good ones such as Final Fight, River City Ransom, and The Punisher, of which the best by far is The Punisher. Final Fight was brainless, but it was short. River City Ransom had role-playing elements. and The Punisher was just freakin' awesome. But all of these games had one thing in common: VARIETY!
P.S. Yes, I am an X-men fan, and I still did not enjoy this game.
