This is a disc that allows you to download (with Xbox Live) and play a variety of retro arcade games, but it'll cost you. Prices vary from game to game but expect to pay between $10 and $20 each, which in my opinion is a bit steep for some of them. Most of the games are revamped arcade games with a bit more graphical spit and polish and given a new name. Most support online scoreboards which adds to their depth, but most of these are bit disappointing. The best on offer are the puzzle games like Fuzzee Fever (which supports online play), the Solitaire card game (which has online scoreboards) and the Pool game Bankshot Billiards (which supports online play). The sounds in most games hold true to their arcade originals and some of the puzzlers support custom soundtracks. Overall Xbox Live Arcade is good to have in your collection, but make sure you really want a game before downloading it. If you like your old-school gaming then you will enjoy this, or (like with me) your non-gaming girlfriend might enjoy the puzzlers and card games.
