One of the best games & most fun you will experience all year

Were to begin, i'll try & keep it short and sweet. If you want to experience one of the best games of the year run out & buy X-Com, you will not be disappointed. Even if this is not a typically game you would normally play, you will have trouble resisting it's charms. Hard choices matter, people die alot, the outcome while it may seem bleak is a victory none the less. A small thing is being able to edit the names of your squad mates. I took to naming them after friends & family members & stuck with the rule of not reusing the name once they had died. The end up on a memorial wall which you can view with bag pipes playing in the background, a little touch but nice. While Firaxis does a good job of throwing you into the deep end of the pool they don't let you drown. The game is accessible from the start but will take time and lots of practice to master. One of this years pleasant surprises and should not be missed.
