This game was a game meant for people that have experienced Episode I. Otherwise, you might not know what is happening. This game is the second installment in the Xenosaga universe. It is part 2 of a 6 part series. Because of its lack of overall completion, Jenseits von Gut und Bose leaves its fans in bit of disappointment. Although its predecesser, Xenosaga Episode I: Der Wille zur Macht, introduces its characters and keeps them in the shadows throughout the game, Episode II only answers a few questions and raises a lot more. However, not necessarily a bad thing. Surely one must understand that a game with six installments could not fully be revealed until the very end of Episode VI. Anyways, as for its gameplay, it has weakened a bit. Not too bad. The battling system has had a major advancement. The graphics are an improvement. There is a difference between movie sequence and normal gameplay. The music is not as well as it was in Ep.1. It has its moments though. Overall, not a difficult game. It can be beaten in 40 hours tops. Recommended for RPG fans.
