If you liked the first one, this one is a must

A lot of the reviews here are bashing this one a little too hard. The first Xenosaga is one of my favorite games ever so i was really excited about this one. However it is a little disappointing.... STORY- In the second instalment of this series my favorite character of all time, Kos-mos, is practically absent from the game. Her story hardly develops, she has no funny remarks like the old one, she has no ultra-cool cutscenes like the first one, her voice actor sucks, etc. However we do get to learn more about Junior and the URTV's which is fairly interesting just not as good. BATTLE- The battle system has been turned annoying and somehow they managed to make the bosses even more impossible than last time!!! In general it frustrated me. Basically if you loved the first game for its story then you must buy this game. Trust me it IS worth the money but will be disappointing. If the first game was just another RPG for you then don't bother with this one. Despite its apparent flaws i did have fun with the game and I'm still hopeful for the series as a whole.
