Yaris has it all. Poor control, cheesy design and the creativity you may expect to get from an asian automotive company.
Hasn't everyone had the fantasy of playing an extremely high throttle racing game that has modern day average vehicles with massive claws pretruding from under the hood and surf through half pipe tunnels that were obviously ripped off of the original Sonic the Hedgehog games.The fact that the Xbox Live market has listed Yaris for a free download is no suprise. In fact, they should really be paying people Microsoft points to play it.
I rated the game "Very Hard" because most people would kick their TV in before finishing it. The controls handle like a dead horse. Trying to dodge those pylons and shoot those flying (whatever the hell they were) things out of the air was nothing short of a headache. Multiplayer doesnt really exist for this game because you'd have to go to the depths of hell to find someone to play it with you.
In conclusion, save some time by skipping this game and spending $20.00 dollars or so on a mediocre game that may be somewhat interesting. The game is nothing more than Toyota's pathetic attempt at advertising a vehicle. And how many people on Xbox Live do you think are interested in a Toyota Yaris anyways? The vehicle is something I'd imagine my grandmother driving.
