Hands down, this is the best 2-D game in the mario universe!
This game feels new and amazing while at the same time feels retro.
I grew up in the SNES generation and played and loved all of the Mario games, however, Yoshi's Island was my favorite.
The DS sequel keeps the same magic that made that game great while at the same time adding new characters and moves and enemies. It does all this without feeling cluttered.
If you dont already own this game, go get it...simple.
The only drawback is the lack of multi-player which was initially missed, but after i got into the meat of the game and trying to find everything, i didnt need it.
Oh yeah,...GO GET IT
