I dunno why I bought this in the first place.

I'll admit I was obsessed at the time I bought this. Forgive me. I was young and ignorant. For starters, this relates back to the rules that were made up on the first season and part of the second season, instead of abiding to the actual rules. They did keep in the tribute rules which was good, but they also allowed you to summon fusions without polymerization. And you were only allowed 1 trap on the field and if it wasn't used during your opponent's next turn, it was automatically destroyed. Traps were useless. I don't think any opponent actually used a single trap. And the game was only possible to complete if you used the password trick. And if you did, you couldn't lose (unless you limited yourself to the amount of passwords you could use, which would show self-control, but who would do that?) And if I recall correctly, once the effect of an effect monster was used, that monster couldn't attack. The only reason that gameplay didn't get a 2 was because of the deck point system. Sometimes a lot of points were required to get the really good cards in. Other cards, like Jirai Gumo and Dark Elf, didn't. And you know what made them so good? They didn't have their actual effects, which activate when they attack. I won't go into that, but let's just say that they were a lot better than they should've been. There was so much that could've been improved, but the makers were too lazy to make something almost worthwhile. Only thing that made this worthwhile was that you could summon Gate Guardian with 2 tributes instead of 9. Graphics were 8-bit worthy in a GBC game! These aren't exaggerations, people. I'm serious! This was 2002, not 1985. The SMB games had better graphics than this. Sound was also NES worthy. Again, this was 2002, not 1985. The game was probably the shortest out of any I ever played. That's all. Congrats, Dawn of Destiny! You officialy aren't the suckiest game out there! Being made 5 years ago doesn't give anyone the excuse to use NES worthy sound and graphics and change the rules entirely.
