It is at least a bit more tough than Yugi and Kaiba actually have good strategi in his and uses traps, spells.

He has a much more variation to cards than Yugi and is not simply using his Blue-Eyes Deck always. He has other Decks too and every Deck is actually containing Traps, Spells and monster cards in order to make it difficult to beat him, sometimes you end upp with not being able to use any of your spell cards and since the game don't provide you with Dust Tornado...You end upp in a very tigh and difficult spot and really have to put complete trust in that you get Exodia(If you even got all pieces in Yugis Game) or really really try to get past his defence.
His Deck are all both Defensive and Offensive like Labyrinth Wall or Barrel Dragon and unlike Yugi he really uses Monster effects to get an advantage in the Duel. Like substituing them in fusion or destroying all monsters with Cyber Jar. What is anoying is that he always seems better than Yugi and that his attitude in voice is really disturbing when he pulls of a good move. He also sometimes makes your field completly destroyed and wins with his lv4 stars monster like La in etc simply because of that when you were both like equals in like 4 sec ago :S.
Finally I just got to say that getting all cards in this game is a lot harder and that you often get the same cards which is anoying after beating him 10 times straight.
