A great game that would have been perfect with a few more tweaks.
Then, there is the bit about your starting deck. When you begin the game, the computer assigns you a deck based on your name, just like The Duelist of the Roses on the PS2. So if you start with a name like Yami, you get Yugi's intermediate deck. But, if you use a generic name or your own, you'll start with cards that are a bit less powerful but useful nonetheless.
The story or one-player mode consists of fifteen tiers of three duelists each. when you finish the tier, you get five cards depending on which god statue you pick and the third duelist is unlocked for the single duels. The game has over 1000 cards so you will be busy.
To finish, I will say that this game is well worth 20 dollars, plus you get three rare cards, one of which is RA! So, if you like Yu-Gi-Oh!, buy this game without question, you won't go wrong. If you don't like the show or are unsure, rent it first and judge for yourself.
