very under appreciated

this is one of my favorite games, even though it is VERY old. i have never played the nes version, only the gameboy version. i have actually beat the first 2 palaces(you might think thats easy, but i aint that good at 2d games). the palaces are challenging, not too hard, though. i think one of the hard parts of this game that many people have problems with is beating the second palace. by the time you get there, you probably only have 1 or 2 lives left. i actually got so good, that by the time i got there, i didnt have any health lost. this, like most other 2d games, its hard(for me at least). it might be the side scrolling thats hard for me. overall, this game is old and difficult, but it is very fun.
