I'm about to get Far Cry 4 for free... All is forgiven.

Well, at the end of the day, this is just an admission that the game was a steaming pile of horse-sh1t.

I suppose this is kinda neat that you get to choose another game but don't let that smoke screen hide the fact that you guys were sucker punched into pre-ordering or picking up on day one an unfinished game.

It's happening way too much these days.

Devs should start keeping extra DLC packs in their back pocket as restitution now that almost NO games work like their suppose to at launch. Especially now that almost all games require some form of online component whether you want it or not.

Man... I wish this was a destiny article and Bungies decision to give away the DLCs.

Ok, so if i pay 89bucks right now for ACU complete bundle premiere exclusive bla bla bla.... i get to download any of those Ubi games? - or it's for pre-order purchases only?

I was fuming at myself for buying that season pass last week, blaming all the ills of the world on Jägermeister but now I realise that amazing German spirit is in fact a prophet of wisdom and knowledge. Kind of gutted I've already bought FC4 but I will definitely settle for The Crew, what a result!

I've even just thanked @ubisoft for this blinding gesture on twitter, credit where it's due n all that.

Apologies don't mean a thing to me. You rushed a product out. Your QA process failed you (a process you repeatedly fail to update). 300+ bug fixes? Disgusting.

But that's better than FC4 is getting. Health meter bugs, inability to heal yourself, players seeing persons/models that the other co-op player doesn't see, co-op sessions that lose your ammo, money, grenades, etc. when you join. The list just goes on and on.

This gets better and better.....still in the package under Rogue, which is under BL, which I'll get to after Tropico. I already bought that DLC, but FC is under Unity and I already played BF (great game)....so all the bugs will be out of the game by the time I get to it and I get one of the others.....looks like The Crew or Watch Dogs....which is the most RPGish?

Well, at least they are giving some compensation. Would have been nice if they just tested the game first. I'm thinking with all these disasters, devs and pubs are going to start having more beta tests. In house tests on private servers and lans is not how you test a game properly.

Dead Kings? They will be rotten and stenchy for sure! Bloody Ubisoft! Give me something fresh and clean, not some damn corpses! This shows how they don't give a crap about gamers!

That's nice of them, good step to getting back on people's good side. I used to love Ubisoft, but they've made way too many mistakes and have engaged in EA/Activision level douchebagery the last couple years.

Is this another tactic to make you buy it at launch. They might want to think. I might as well pre order it as I might a free dlc later when crappy launch lol.

It is nice to see them not only admitting their mistakes, but also giving seriously good compensation for their fans as well.

But remember that the game still should not have launched as it did.

People won't forget, but at least they are doing their best to fix their game and reputation.

I didn't have any trouble with the game. The only exception is that this invisible guy keep attacking me but that only happen once.
