Infamous 2 arrives June 7

Mmk I may seem weird for saying this but I'm probably going to have to go all out for the Hero Edition. Usually I don't bother With collectors edition but InFamous is by far my favorite game on the PS3. Plus the extra stuff sounds sweet.

is it bad that I'm excited about this even though I have yet to play the first one? I might be getting caught up in all the excitement :)

This looks pretty amazing so far. However, I don't see why his lightning attacks are red like from the first one.

The Pre order bonus content looks nice, but sadly it doesn't seem like it will be worth 100$ I can't see myself paying 100$ for just four in-game items a bag, and a action figure. The bag and action figure look cool but not 100$ cool. Maybe I'm being cheap, but the game looks well worth 60$ for the standard and add on one of the in-game pre order items and it's a steal. Hopefully alot of people will find the hero's edition more appealing than I do becuase I want this game to be a big success for the hard working people at Sucker Punch.

I think I will get the 60 dollar one, but that Hero edition sounds awesome so now I'm having seconds thoughts.

i thought Infamous was a horrific game. Borderlands kinda bad. No way am I getting this. Where's the substance these days? Oh ya, profit.

@Fogshie7277 They probably are like just like in the first game, once you get evil enough.

I might have to get Hero Edition, it does look good. Lets hope it's not too expensive in Europe.

Would it be possible to carry over a save of the first inFamous onto inFamous 2?

Why aren't his attacks red for evil like the first?

The first infamous had an amazing story, loved the ending. The Credits were confusing though. This game looks great can't wait.

Twisted Metal, InFamous 2, Uncharted 3, Little Big Planet 2, Killzone 3, Resistance 3, plus a slew of third party games as well?? This has to be the year of good games and hopefully the year the PS3 will get the attention it truly deserves.

there are more PS3 exclusives compared to Xbox 360. thats why I wished I had a PS3. why did I get an Xbox 360?!

The first one was really good, now hopefully this one will improve and be even better. Can't wait!

The engine that powers this game is insane, with all that goes on at once on screen and how good it looks, most other games would screen tear to hell and back. inFamous 2, Day One!

For me if I could only buy one game this year this would be it.I originally brought a PS3 just to play the original and was not disappointed.

inFAMOUS 2 is going to be amazing!

The game looks like a lot of fun to play through (just like the original one was) but honestly i wouldn't pay 100$ for the hero ed. its just too much for a game. the 60$ is fine with me, after all its the game quality that matters.

@nickz_fpk I get the feeling that this one will be a lot better- Sony's first party titles usually see a large gameplay quality jump in their second iterations. Uncharted 2 blew Uncharted away, Resistance 2 may have had a sillier story but PLAYED a lot better than the first Resistance and Killzone 2 was WORLDS ahead of Killzone. Besides Infamous 2 is being made with naughty dog's engine, so expect it have a lot of Uncharted 2/3's graphic integrity and smoothness.

cant wait for this game, looks like they added a lot of cool new stuff. and is it just me or does anyine els think the girl at the beginning/ helping cole fight is sasha??!! she controls dark matter, was friends with kessler and can teleport!!!

If this is anything like 'inFamous' I will not be picking this up. It was so boring and the travelling was so slow that I forced myself to finish this game.

InFamous was my first game on PS3 and my favorite game of all time. I'm buying InFamous 2 as soon as it comes out.

Infamous 1 was pretty repetitive after a while, so much that you wanted to bash your head against the wall :D
