New, next-gen Far Cry to stalk Xboxes in spring

The first one was awsome, but had a few boo-boos. Overall though, it was great and the story mode was ALOT better than Halo 2's. In Halo 3, I hope to god they have a map editor as good if not better than this game's. And, don't forget about bringing the maps to XBOX LIVE!!! I'm pretty excited for this one.

Hey all of you should carry some respect for Far Cry its one of the most unique shooters of our time! It's amazing how come many of you guys don't care. Still those who like Far Cry should be excited, I know I am. But I'm pretty disapointed that the 360 version will be just ports of the Far Cry games. They should also give Crytek more time to do the game. But remember 'Brothers in Arms" UbiSoft had a sequel released pretty fast.

Sweet, can't wait to play this, I loved both the other Far Cry games.

I just bought a gaming PC and have never played any versions of the game. -- In my case, what's the best way to play/plan this? Which versions of the game should I buy or wait for if I plan to experience the best that "Far Cry" has to offer? The PC version and this upcoming one? All versions? Only this upcoming one? Or what?!

Bah, the PC version was infinitely superior to the Xbox one.

I just finished Far Cry: Instincts on Sunday and personally, I can't wait to play this one. Even if it only has prettier graphics.

Well, sounds like a cash cow to me. Big deal, the 360 version has more enemies onscreen and advanced AI. That doesn't sound like the actual next-gen version of Far Cry that I was looking forward to. Damn Ubisoft is reminding me more and more of EA with each passing retread.

it looks good and bad at the same time, the Xbox version looks great...the 360 version looks good too but its a more powerful machine then that. But i trust ubisoft to improve the graphics by the time it releases
