New Wii games announced

I bet anything that Mario Baseball sequels is in the works as well. That would work perfect with the Wiimote.

September is only a few days away so we will know more about the Wii's price and release days in a very short while. It doesn't really matter to me what/when they are, I'll be in line at midnight.

Super Mario Strikers sequel=awesome, i absolutely loved that game. But oh come ONNNNNNNNNN, tell us the price and release date already!! PLEASE!!!!

How a about a second Mario Baseball

Im guessing they are gona try to have a near november release, and i pray that the $171 price point is correct. What I want to know is the pricing on the downloadable console games, and details as to how that system will work.

Does it matter if we know the price now or later? It's not like you can buy it tomorrow. It's not going to be over $250 and it's not going to be free. So if you're planning on buying it, I'm sure you can make some sort of logical guess on what you should be budgeting for.

Though I would like to know asap when and how much, I don`t expect the announcement until Early to mid-sept. However, if Nintendo is planning to launch this fall, they should seriously not pass that time frame as retailers are gearing up their stock for christmas at that time. There is also the fact that PS3 already has a price and date. Knowing that, some mass merchants may give Sony a priority since a confirm date was given and one from Nintendo is style in limbo. Uncertainty in this business in not forgiven.

I guess that's cool. The original games at least had good premises. Maybe they'll make some really good games out of these sequels.

BWii sounds cool (lol at awesome abbreviation) but Super Mario Strikers. Meh. I played the GCN one, and was totally unimpressed. Soccer isn't really Mario's thing.

Really what I expected. Nintendo will more likely give the public the news later in September and will give us everything we want in one awesome press conference. I don't think the time and place is right for giving out a date and price. Why? Well I don't know...

Battalion wars with multiplayer online versus and maybe even coop would be incredible.

battalion wars was a very nice game, It had the switching characters thing BEFORE Bf2 Modern combat.

wasnt impressed whatsoever. stayed up really really really late (UK time) to learn about yet another DSlite colour, one ive seen everywhere on the internet, and two wii games theres no way in hell im gunna buy. myeh. roll on september.

well if release info is announced sept 14, i guess we can say goodbye to an oct 02 launch date. but who knows, two weeks for pre-order is enough for me.

that was a stupid announcement...... more DS Lite colors for Europe when NA still only has white? I dont even like Super Mario Strikers or Battalion Wars..... I wasnt expecting a big price and release date but at the very least i expected an announcement about Wiiconnect24 and the VC

Batallion Wars 2! Smells good.

Well there's one show left for nintendo to announce the wii date and price. I forgot the name of show maybe its Tokyo Game Show but i know its in september.

That kinda sux. Oh well, at least we got Batallion Wars 2. I've been hoping for that game for so long now. And now with wifi multiplayer. Even better! Oh well, I wish they had some more interesting stuff. Maybe later...

Now if only they could put Spore on the Wii.

Man I was hoping for a date- I mean how much money do I need to set aside!? This is ridicluous but at the same time Ninty need to play their cards close to theirs chests because certain companies like to Copy Nintendo's strategies!

Not a very exciting Press Conference. Nintendo needs to be a little more giving towards their fans, waiting to big announcments. Very dissapointing.

yes, Bitalion Wars is back, i thought they were done with it, but its back with full speed, one of my favourite games in 2005, it was a sleeper hit, and super mario strikes, i couldn't ask for more, heck Lahm loves it, ok thats it am going to buy a Bayern Munich T-Shirt with Lahm on it, he was so awsome at World Cup, who needs Owne Hargereevs when you got Lahm in Munich?
