Sega to Fans: "Help Us Make Our Games Better"
Take this survey.
Sega wants to make better games and it needs your help. The Japanese publisher behind Sonic and Total War today launched a survey asking fans to "Help us make our games better."

The in-depth survey (take it here) asks you about console ownership history, your top three games across all platforms, your top genres, and your favorite Sega games, among other things. It also asks about your preferences and interest in mobile games; if you say you're not interested, Sega wants to know why.
There is also a question (below) that asks you about Sega overall, specifically how you would rate them. It even asks what three adjectives you would use to describe the company.

This survey comes after Sega management frankly admitted that the company had somewhat lost its way.
"Sega in the '90s was known for its brand, but after that, we've lost trust, and we're left with nothing but reputation," Sega games CEO Haruki Satomi said last summer. "We'd like to win back the trust and become a brand once again."
It appears this new survey is part of Sega's plans to get back in the good graces of fans.
2016 is the 25th anniversary of one of Sega's crown jewel, Sonic the Hedgehog. Sega is celebrating by giving the brand a new logo, while it's rumored that a new entry in the series may also be in the works.
