A real demonstration of what JRPGs could do in the 90's

Ok sure it's a GBA game, but it's a classic that is definately worth having on a portable device of any kind. The main thing that amazed me was the art style, incredibly detailed for such a low tech device. It ia also a very long game, and hard at that, I still haven't gotten very far in the story. Battles are very simple though, that could be a small flaw in this title. Killing enemies can be very easy and at some times very hard, making battles not too enjoyable... However the design of the enemies (peticularly the bosses) are very detailed in battle and very nice to stare at while you get defeated.

Although it's behind compared to all the games we had in 2007 (meaning they should have converted this game to the DS and not the GBA) it is very enjoyable, exploring is a large factor in the game, peticularly when you come across a secret path!

So with all this said, I really think that this game, despite the pixelated graphics, is magnificent and beautiful!
