I really liked Grunt and Thane. Grunt for the hilarity of having a child like killer who provided a bit of realism of someone who really diesnt know what to do. While Thane had an interesting backstory and who I actually felt compassion for.
I would have to go with Tali and Garrus since they already were established characters from the first game and thus had a greater time to develop than the others.
From the new entries,I would probably say Miranda and Thane. Both of their interactions in their loyalty missions were well-written and quite fun. :)Â

Ahhh yes... But what is love without danger! Morinth is so purple... Its wonderful.
And that is Tina Fey! :) A lot of people tell me I look like her.. so, she's there representin'. Also she's still excited over the Jack sig you made for me :lol: Just so happens, as am I!
Tali and Garrus still from the first game. From ME2 specifically, it would be either Legion or Mordin. Both are equally hilarious in convos and useful on the battlefield.
