I don't know if anyone has noticed but there is a thread on the Bioware social network that's devoted to making jokes on what Tali looks like(http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/105/index/931488/1). Everyone knows I'm a Tali fan, but some of these are hilarious and one in particular which has two parts:

I highly doubt that was a glitch. On the PC version, you can have all the mods you want, including one to kill Tali on Freedom's Progress :P
