Banner too large, profile pic not even working -_-

So I'm trying to change my profile picture from the default "G" and I'm 100% positive that the picture is the right size, if not even smaller. When I put the picture in and press upload, it loads but nothing happens, no picture is displayed, the screens blank as if I didn't even put anything in.. As for the banner It says its too large. I've gone into paint and checked the dimentions myself and they're perfect. I even made it quite smaller and GS STILL says its too large...issues issues.. Can anyone help?

You *might* have to be level 3 for that and since it seems you may have just hit level 3 recently I would give it another day and try again. If you still have a problem post again here.Dracula68
